For over 10 years, the Delphi Parser has been perceived as a massive automated machine. A robot that consumes millions of lines of Delphi legacy code and spits out modernized software. But behind every line of code in that engine, behind every migration rule, and behind every support email, there is a human being.

My name is Oren Aviram - I am the man behind the robot.

I started this journey because I saw a problem that no one else wanted to touch: the slow decay of critical legacy systems. I watched as brilliant Delphi codebases were abandoned simply because the migration path was too painful, too expensive, or too risky.

I spent a decade building the Delphi Parser not just as a tool, but as a solution to that pain. I’ve spent thousands of hours analyzing Pascal syntax, understanding the nuances of BDE, and finding the shortest path to FireDAC, C#, or the Web.

When you use the Delphi Parser, you aren't just using a script. You are using 10 years of my life. You are using my failures, my breakthroughs, and my obsession with code quality.

People ask me why I don’t have a massive sales team or a floor full of support agents. The answer is simple: Quality cannot be outsourced. When a bank in Europe or a defense contractor in the US hits a snag in their migration, they don't want a "representative." They want the person who knows why that specific pointer is behaving that way. They want the architect.

The Delphi Parser is my craft. And while the robot does the heavy lifting, the heart of the system is human.
